Dr. Rodney received his B.Sc. degree in electronic and electrical engineering from Robert Gordon University, U.K. in 1994, M.Sc. degree from Liverpool John Moores University, U.K. in 1996, and Ph.D. degree from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia in 2013. He is also a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia and Engineering Council, UK. He is currently affiliated with UCSI University, Malaysia. His research interests include renewable energy, battery energy storage system, power electronic, power system and power quality.
